LAHORE, June 27(ABC): 14-year-old boy was killed after being allegedly raped by three on the day of his sister’s wedding in Shahdara area of Lahore.
According to details, three accused namely Osama, Shahbaz and Sunny took 14-year-old Mujahid to a rented house and raped him, then cut his throat with a sharp tool. Afterwards, the accused themselves reported the murder of the victim boy to the police and his family.
When the family members reached the spot, Mujahid’s body was lying on the ground.
The victim’s brother said that one of the accused sunny who took my brother with him from home at night sells crushed ice lollies (Gola-Ganda in local language).
Neighbors of the victim appealed to the Punjab Chief Minister to ensure justice for the innocent boy.
Meanwhile, Shahdara Investigation Police arrested accused Sufyan alias Sunny. The Police and forensic teams have also collected evidence from the scene and transferred the body to the morgue.
