Russian President Vladimir Putin highlighted the strong momentum of the Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership and announced plans to launch the “Russia-China Years of Education” in 2026. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva expressed readiness to deepen cooperation and build a Brazil-China community with a shared future. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa reaffirmed his country’s commitment to working with China to strengthen global peace and development.
Leaders from Laos, Serbia, and several other countries lauded China’s progress under President Xi, with Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith expressing confidence in China’s journey under the 15th Five-Year Plan. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, in a video message, thanked China for supporting multilateralism and global solidarity, looking forward to a safer and more inclusive future.
