Pakistan and Turkey sign MoUs to boost agri-livestock collaboration

1 min read

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) continues to play a key role in promoting institutional coordination, global partnerships, and an investor-friendly environment.

Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed between the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council and Turkey’s Agricultural Technologies Cluster to strengthen cooperation in agriculture and livestock sectors.

SIFC provided special facilitation for the landmark MoUs between Pakistan and Turkey.
Under the agreements, a comprehensive framework has been established for collaboration in agricultural research, innovation, and technology transfer.

The bilateral cooperation is expected to boost agricultural productivity through modern corporate livestock farming and development of export value chains.

Pakistan and Turkey are promoting institutional linkages, private sector engagement, and technology-driven growth in agriculture and livestock.

Officials say the development highlights SIFC’s facilitation role and its effectiveness in fostering institutional coordination.
