Rashid Naseem has become the first Pakistani to achieve 150 individual Guinness World Records, according to official data and the Guinness World Records website.

Among his latest accomplishments, Naseem broke the world record previously held by England’s Josh Liya by punching a one-kilogram weight 333 times. He also performed 340 full-extension punches on target in one minute, setting a new record.

Guinness World Records has recognized two additional records for Naseem, including a unique feat involving cracking a walnut mid-air with an egg and catching the egg without breaking it. Naseem successfully broke 80 walnuts in one minute, surpassing the German master’s record of 72, without damaging the egg.

In another “Nan Chuko” category, Naseem tossed a Nan Chuko into the air and caught it with his other hand 36 times, exceeding the 18-time target set by Guinness World Records. He has received official confirmation and the details of all records have been published on the Guinness World Records website.

The Karachi resident had already set 31 world records in 2025 and 28 in 2024, leading Pakistan in record-breaking achievements. Naseem dedicated his 150th world record to Palestine and expressed disappointment over the lack of official recognition from the Pakistani government despite bringing international attention to the country.

Naseem has also defeated Indian competitors over 40 times and holds records in the United States, United Kingdom, China, Iran, Switzerland, and other countries. He holds the world’s most records in the punching category and has set global records in breaking, knee strikes, martial arts kicks, stick techniques, Nan Chuko, skipping, and jumping jacks.
