Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, announced that for the first time in the province’s history, online tests and appointment letters for government jobs will be conducted and issued on the same day.
According to details, the Finance Department is launching a pilot program in which 111 government positions will be filled entirely on merit, using a paperless online recruitment system. Successful candidates will receive their appointment letters within one hour of passing the test.
The Chief Minister said the online testing system will ensure transparent assessment of candidates’ qualifications. He added that this reform will gradually be implemented across all government jobs in the province.
Mir Sarfaraz Bugti emphasized that the initiative fulfills the provincial government’s commitment to the people that public jobs will neither be sold nor distributed through corruption or nepotism. He said the program strengthens transparency and merit, which are the foundations of good governance in Balochistan.
