The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a one-week extension for the auction of two new teams for the 11th season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The auction is now scheduled to take place on December 22, 2025.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi shared the update on social media platform X, stating that the extension is in response to the growing global popularity of the PSL.
The move is expected to allow potential franchise bidders more time to prepare and submit their bids, ensuring a competitive auction for the expansion of the league.
