The film The Voice of Hind Rajab, depicting the tragic story of a young Palestinian girl, has been nominated in the Best Film category at the Golden Globe Awards, sources said.
The film tells the harrowing last moments of five-year-old Hind Rajab, who on January 29, 2024, was attempting to relocate with her family in Gaza when Israeli forces attacked their vehicle. Before help could arrive, despite calling Red Crescent volunteers for assistance, Hind was killed.
Earlier this year, the film received the Silver Lion Jury Award at the Venice Film Festival, where it also earned a 23-minute standing ovation for its powerful portrayal of the events.
