The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that all major tax offices across the country will remain open on Saturday, November 29, 2025, to facilitate taxpayers and ensure smooth collection of duties and taxes.
According to an official statement issued on Wednesday, the decision applies to all Large Taxpayer Offices (LTOs), Medium Taxpayer Offices (MTOs), Corporate Tax Offices (CTOs) and Regional Tax Offices (RTOs).
The FBR directed that these offices will observe normal working hours on Saturday as part of efforts to streamline tax collection and provide additional convenience to filers ahead of key deadlines.
Officials said the move is aimed at supporting taxpayers who may require additional time or assistance and ensuring efficient processing of payments.
