Renowned Pakistani folk and Sufi singer Sanam Marvi mesmerized audiences with a powerful musical performance at the Théâtre de la Ville in Paris, held in collaboration with the Embassy of Pakistan and the theatre’s cultural program. According to a statement issued by the Embassy of Pakistan in France, the concert highlighted Pakistan’s rich cultural legacy and musical heritage on the international stage.

Pakistan’s Ambassador to France, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, praised Sanam Marvi and her team for their outstanding performance, saying that Pakistani music had once again made its mark in Paris. She stated that cultural diplomacy plays a key role in bringing nations and societies closer together.

She added that the success of the sold-out concert is a positive step toward promoting Pakistan’s cultural identity globally.

Speaking at the event, Sanam Marvi said that music is the flavor of life, expressing her deep love for traditional music. She said the appreciation from the Paris audience was an unforgettable experience for her.

The Théâtre de la Ville administration said that hosting artists like Sanam Marvi allows French audiences to connect with diverse global music traditions.
