Ishaq Dar commends Shafqat Ali Khan, urges stronger Pakistan-UAE relations

Ambassador-designate to the United Arab Emirates, Shafqat Ali Khan, paid a farewell call on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister commended Ambassador Khan’s contributions as Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, particularly in effectively articulating Pakistan’s foreign policy narrative.

He highlighted the deep and fraternal Pakistan-UAE relations, urging the Ambassador-designate to leverage his diplomatic experience to further strengthen this vital partnership.

Senator Ishaq Dar also instructed the Ambassador-designate to prioritize the welfare of the Pakistani diaspora residing in the UAE.
