
Pakistan Navy clinched the title of the 4th Chief of the Naval Staff All Pakistan Hockey Tournament after an intense and thrilling final match held in Lahore.
In a closely contested encounter, Pakistan Navy outperformed its rivals to lift the championship trophy, while Mari Energies secured second place and Pakistan Air Force finished third.
The national-level tournament featured eight prominent teams from across the country, including Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force, Mari Energies, Rangers, Police, Port Qasim Authority, and National Bank of Pakistan.
Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf graced the closing ceremony as the chief guest. He appreciated the players’ outstanding performances and distributed trophies and awards among the winners.
Individual honors went to Zakariya Hayat, who was named Best Player of the Tournament; Ahmed Nadeem, who claimed the Best Scorer award; and Abdullah Ishtiaq, who was declared Best Goalkeeper.
The event drew an enthusiastic crowd, with former Olympians, civil and military dignitaries, and hockey fans attending in large numbers, turning the closing ceremony into a memorable sporting spectacle.
