Renowned actress and morning show host Farah Sadia broke down in tears during a live talk show as she recalled memories of her first love.

Appearing as a guest, ever Farah read the famous poem Mere Charah-gar by Imtiaz Islam Amjad, which reflects themes of unfulfilled love and heartbreak. While reciting the verses, she became visibly emotional and admitted that the poem always reminds her of her own past experiences.

“Whenever I read this poem, I cannot hold back my emotions. Imtiaz Islam has beautifully described the journey of love, and I too have lived through such moments,” she said while wiping away tears.

Farah Sadia further shared that she values sensitivity as an essential part of life. “Being able to feel someone else’s pain, suffering, or betrayal is proof of being alive. If one becomes indifferent to lies, injustice, or hurt, it means they have lost themselves,” she remarked.

During the same program, she also spoke openly about the hardships she faced after her failed marriage and the struggles of raising her two sons as a single mother.

Her emotional reflections gave the audience a rare glimpse into her personal journey and how deeply poetry and past love continue to shape her life.
