Chicken, egg prices witness big hike

The prices of chicken and eggs on Saturday reached a whopping hike. The price of chicken reached Rs600 per kg.

The price of eggs has reached Rs 400 per dozen. The citizens had appealed to the interim Punjab chief minister to control the chicken mafia and ensure that the basic commodities of life would be available at reasonable prices.
