Data collection of real estate sector in upcoming budget proposed

ISLAMABAD: It has been proposed to collect data of the real estate sector in the upcoming budget.

As per the official sources, a proposal has also been made to implement the point of sales in the real estate sector as well. It was also proposed to collect real-time data of the sale and purchase of property.

It was also proposed for the housing societies to immediately provide the data of the sale and purchase of plots to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

The data of the sale and purchase of property can be collected through the point of sales. The FBR suggested changing the wealth statement form as well.

The data will be able to be checked from the wealth statement of the property purchasers.
