LAHORE , March 29, 2023; The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday allowed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill to travel to the United States for four weeks.
A three-member bench of the LHC headed by the Chief Justice heard the petition field against the inclusion of Shahbaz Gill’s name in the Exit Control Lists (ECL).
The court has allowed Shahbaz Gill to travel abroad for this one time.
The court also sought a response from the federal government regarding the inclusion of Mr Gill’s name in the ECL.
