Inzamam-ul-Haq joins Rawalpindi franchise as President of Cricket Affairs

Former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq has joined the Rawalpindi franchise for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League.

The Rawalpindi team has appointed Inzamam-ul-Haq as President of Cricket Affairs. Previously, he had served as the president of Peshawar Zalmi.

Looking at Rawalpindi’s squad for PSL 11, Naseem Shah emerged as the most expensive pick, bought for PKR 8.65 crore. New Zealand batter Daryl Mitchell was acquired for PKR 8.05 crore.

Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir was secured for PKR 5.4 crore, while Bangladeshi leg-spinner Rashid Hussain attracted a successful bid of PKR 3 crore.

All-rounder Laurie Evans was bought for PKR 1.1 crore. Imad Butt joined the squad for PKR 80 lakh, Abdullah Fazal for PKR 67.5 lakh, and Kamran Ghulam for PKR 65 lakh.
