Australia announces final T20 World Cup squad, Pat Cummins out

Cricket Australia has announced its final squad for the 2026 T20 World Cup, with Pat Cummins ruled out due to injury. Ben Dwarshuis has been named as his replacement, while Matthew Renshaw replaces Matthew Short in the squad.

Mitchell Marsh will lead the Australian side, which also includes Xavier Bartlett, Cooper Connolly, Tim David, Cameron Green, Nathan Ellis, Travis Head, Josh Hazlewood, Josh Inglis, Matthew Kuhnemann, Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, and Adam Zampa.

The T20 World Cup is scheduled to take place from February 7 to March 8, 2026, across India and Sri Lanka.
