The name of the first bidder for Pakistan Super League’s (PSL) two new franchises has been revealed. Inverex Solar Energy has secured the top position among the ten officially eligible bidders for the PSL team auction.

Speaking on the occasion, Inverex CEO Muhammad Zakir Ali said, “We believe in cricket and its fans. Our vision is simple: to energize Pakistan, on the field and off it. We are ready to take every step for the progress of this nation, which we proudly call Pakistan.”
The PSL auction for the two new franchises is scheduled to take place on January 8 in Islamabad.
