Sarfaraz Ahmed appointed manager of Pakistan U19 team

Former Pakistan cricket captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has been appointed as the manager and mentor of the Pakistan Under-19 cricket team for the upcoming ACC Under-19 Asia Cup.

The tournament is scheduled to take place in Dubai from December 12 to 21. The U19 squad will be led by Farhan Yousuf, with Usman Khan serving as vice-captain.

The team also includes players Abdul Subhan, Ahmad Hussain, Ali Hasan Baloch, Ali Raza, Daniyal Ali Khan, Hamza Zahoor, and Huzaifa Ahsan. Additional squad members are Momin Qamar, Muhammad Huzaifa, Muhammad Siyyam, Muhammad Shayan, Naqab Shafiq, and Sameer Minhas.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed that Sarfaraz will travel with the team, providing guidance and mentorship as the squad competes against other top Asian U19 teams.
