The Lahore district court has issued the release order for YouTuber Sadd Rahman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, officials confirmed.
Judicial Magistrate Naeem Bhutto directed that Ducky Bhai should be released immediately if he is not wanted in any other cases. The court has formally notified the Superintendent of Camp Jail regarding the order.
The development follows a Lahore High Court ruling last Monday, which approved Ducky Bhai’s bail application in a case related to the promotion of gambling applications, on a surety of PKR 1 million.
During the hearing, Justice Shehram Sarwar noted that, according to Supreme Court guidelines, denying bail in such cases would be unusual.
Sources familiar with the case said Ducky Bhai is expected to be released shortly, pending compliance with court conditions.
