Federal Constitutional Court Chief Justice issues first order

Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court, Justice Aminuddin Khan, has issued his first official order, marking an administrative milestone for the newly established judicial body.

According to the notification approved by the Chief Justice, former District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Hafeez has been appointed as the first Registrar of the Federal Constitutional Court.

In a separate decision, Mazhar Bhatti has been appointed as Secretary to the Chief Justice of the court.

The formal notification states that Muhammad Hafeezullah will serve as the inaugural Registrar, signalling the beginning of the court’s administrative operations.
