The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has convened a joint session of its Congress and Executive Board following approval from PHF President Mir Tariq Hussain Bugti.
According to an official statement issued by the federation, the 58th PHF Congress and Executive Board meeting will take place on Friday, November 7, 2025, in Lahore. The Executive Board meeting will be held prior to the Congress session.
The PHF Congress session is scheduled for 3 pm at Avari Express Hotel, Main Boulevard, Gulberg, Lahore, and will be chaired by PHF President Mir Tariq Hussain Bugti.
The agenda includes approval of the minutes from the 57th PHF Congress, presentation of the performance and administrative report by Secretary General Olympian Rana Mujahid Ali, covering the period from August 25, 2024 to November 6, 2025.
The meeting will also take up club scrutiny, and finalize the schedule for PHF elections for the next four-year term (2026–2030). Additionally, the appointment of the Election Commission for the upcoming election process is expected to be confirmed during the session.
