 
																							Pakistan’s star javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem has resumed training after recovering from injury, as he begins preparations for the upcoming World Islamic Games.
Arshad, who had been facing fitness issues since the World Athletics Championships in Japan, confirmed that he has made significant progress in rehabilitation. He said he has returned to the training field after overcoming the injury setback.
Sharing an update on his recovery, Arshad said his focus remains on strengthening and injury prevention. “I suffered an injury during the World Athletics Championships in Japan. There has been considerable improvement now. I am focusing on recovery, undergoing physiotherapy, and trying my best to avoid any recurrence,” he said.
The World Islamic Games are scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia from 7 to 21 November, and Arshad has already begun training to ensure he enters the competition in top shape.
