The Pakistan Throwball Federation has announced revised dates for the 14th Culligan Boys & Girls Throwball Championship 2025, which will now take place from 8th to 11th November 2025 at the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Karachi. The change was made following the Government of Sindh’s announcement of an Expo planned in the same vicinity from November 3 to 7.
The national-level event will feature boys and girls competing in multiple academic and open categories, including Classes 4–5, 6–7, 8–9, O-Matric, A-Intermediate, University Level, Open Category, and Mixed Teams (Girls 4 & Boys 3).
According to the organizers, trophies, medals, certificates, T-shirts, and ‘Best Player’ awards will be presented to the top three finishing teams in each category. Outstanding teams may also be considered for selection to represent Pakistan in international throwball competitions, including the International Throwball Championship 2025 in Qatar (December 26–30) and the International Students Olympic Games scheduled for 2025 and 2026 in Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Japan.
The closing ceremony is scheduled for November 11 at the PSB Karachi. Additionally, coaches of winning teams will receive special shields, while best performers in each category will be awarded individual trophies.
A draws meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Mini Sports Complex, Nazimabad, Karachi. Teams will be required to submit a registration fee of Rs. 6,000, payable via cheque in the name of the Sindh Throwball Association and Pakistan Throwball Federation.
Daily results of the matches will be shared through email and social media platforms, the organizers confirmed.
