Renowned Bollywood actor Prakash Raj has once again taken a strong stand against India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), urging parents to protect their children from what he described as the “politics of hate and extremism.”
Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the actor shared an AI-generated image featuring a boy and a girl wearing T-shirts that read: “Save your son from RSS, save your daughter from BJP.”
Through his post, Prakash Raj appealed to Indian parents to keep their children away from divisive politics that, according to him, promotes hatred and intolerance.
Reports suggest that the actor’s post came shortly after the alleged killing of one of his close friends by BJP-linked goons, which has further intensified his criticism of the ruling party.
Prakash Raj, known for his outspoken political views, has long been a vocal critic of the BJP’s communal politics and has consistently advocated for peace, humanity, and social harmony.
Just last month, on September 20, 2025, the actor spoke at a pro-Palestine rally in Chennai, where he strongly condemned the silence of global powers and world leaders over the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
His latest post has reignited debate across Indian social media, drawing both praise from liberal circles and backlash from BJP supporters.
