British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has made a surprising revelation, saying that his final music album will be released only after his death.

In a recent interview, the 34-year-old artist said he wants to remain connected to the world of music even after his lifetime. Sheeran explained that he has included detailed instructions for the release of his last album in his will.

According to the singer, the album’s completion and release will be overseen by his wife, Cherry Seaborn. “This album is part of my will. If I die tomorrow, Cherry will choose the songs for it. Everything has already been planned,” Sheeran said.

He shared that the posthumous album will feature songs he has written from the age of 18 until the final years of his life. “Many people might not like this decision, but I think my fans will find it fascinating,” he added.

Sheeran also humorously remarked that he finds his wax statue “a bit scary.”

It is worth noting that Ed Sheeran’s latest album, Play, was released on September 12 this year and received widespread global acclaim.
