Saudi Ambassador gifts Buses to International Islamic University Islamabad

Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Nawaf Saeed Al-Malki, inaugurated four buses donated by the Saudi government to the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI).

Speaking at a ceremony held at the university’s new campus, the ambassador highlighted the “brotherly and exemplary” ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, saying the university holds a special place in the hearts of the Saudi leadership. He also thanked the university administration for their hospitality.

IIUI President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Al-Ahmad, expressed gratitude to the Saudi government and the ambassador, noting that such support not only strengthens bilateral relations but also enhances travel facilities for students and staff.

Before the ceremony, the ambassador was briefed about the university’s transport facilities by Central Transport Unit Director Syed Hassan Aftab. The event was attended by IIUI vice presidents, Saudi faculty members, and other senior officials.
