The latest consignment includes heaters, folding beds, mattresses, and quilts, aiming to support families severely impacted by the floods.
Earlier, on September 9, another convoy of 10 trucks carrying relief items was sent to Punjab. Additionally, NDMA provided blankets and water cans from its local warehouse to PDMA Punjab.
So far, NDMA has delivered 1,660 tons of relief assistance to Punjab, which includes blankets, tents, mosquito nets, water filtration plants, quilts, folding beds, water cans, and 17 rescue boats.
The NDMA stated that it remains in close coordination with all civil and military institutions, while also maintaining round-the-clock monitoring of ongoing relief operations across the flood-hit districts-
