KARACHI: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan, is reportedly facing legal complications over the purchase of agricultural land in Alibaug.
According to media, Suhana bought farmland worth ₹12.91 crore from three sisters Anjali, Rekha, and Priya who had inherited the property. Reports claim that documents presented during the deal described Suhana as a “farmer,” a designation required under Maharashtra law for owning agricultural land.
In 2023 and 2024, Suhana had also purchased two plots worth a combined ₹22 crore, which were registered under Déjà Vu Farm Pvt. Ltd., a company owned by Gauri Khan’s mother and sister-in-law.
The latest land deal has now drawn legal scrutiny, as questions are being raised about whether Suhana qualifies as a farmer under the law.
