ISLAMABAD (Internews): Prime minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that he was pleased to welcome Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi to Pakistan.
In a message on his social media platform X, PM said that during our most cordial exchange, I reiterated Pakistan’s firm resolve to further strengthen our All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership and underlined the central role of CPEC in driving our socio-economic progress and enhancing regional connectivity.
I look forward to participating in the upcoming SCO Council of Heads of State meeting in Tianjin and to my meeting with President Xi Jinping, said PM.
