Former Pakistan legendary all-rounder Wasim Akram has urged fans to adopt healthy routine and spend some leisure time indulging in exercises.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Akram posted a short video in which he is seen spotting at the gym, urging the fans to ensure their fitness. He used some Punjabi words to further convince his fans to adopt healthy lifestyle.
“Stay Fit, Stay healthy, exercise daily… Sunday too,” he said.
In the comments section, one of the users acknowledged the brilliance of the former ace pacer in the cricket field and extended him the best wishes.
Another of the fans recalled the Headingley Test back in 1987, saying, “I was watching a video of you from the 1987 Headingley Test a few days back, and even though you had almost peaked physically, you look far more defined now than you did then.”
