Federal govt imposes ban on Pashtun Tahafuz Movement

The federal government has officially imposed a ban on the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM), as confirmed by a notification issued by the Ministry of Interior.

The PTM was founded in 2018 and the movement has gained traction among Pashtuns arguing their ‘rights’.
