Arrest warrants for Judge Humayun Dilawar issued in land grabbing case

A Judicial Magistrate in Bannu has issued arrest warrants for Islamabad Judge Humayun Dilawar, his father, and his brother over allegations of illegally occupying valuable government land.

The case involves claims of encroachment on public property.

The arrest warrants were issued for Judge Humayun Dilawar, his brother Sadiq, and their father Dilawar Khan.

Additionally, a warrant was also issued for Assistant Registrar Mall Taj Mali Khan, who is also implicated in the case.

The accused are alleged to have illegally occupied a piece of valuable government land, prompting legal action.
