Pakistan strikes twin gold against India in lifting, table tennis

Muhammad Usman of Pakistan won the gold medal in 85 kg by defeating his Indian opponent in the World Strength Lifting Championships played in Kazakhstan.

Muhammad Usman also won a silver medal in the incline bench press category.

Pakistani player Muhammad Usman named his victory in the tournament for the people of Palestine who are suffering from the relentless atrocities by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF).

In TTC Open International Table Tennis, Pakistan’s Arham bin Farrukh won the gold medal in Under-21 by defeating Indian player Akshak in the final played in Sharjah.

Arham bin Farrukh won the open category. “I won the bronze medal,” she expressed her joy after winning the final game against her Indian opponent.
