The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) has announced the discovery of a gas reservoir during the drilling of a well in Sindh, in a significant development for the energy sector.
According to OGDCL, the gas deposit, totalling 1.24 million standard cubic meters, has been found in Sajawal, marking a promising addition to the country’s tight gas reserves. The OGDCL has written to the stock exchange and informed it of the discovery.
