Pakistan cricketer Ahmed Shehzad and other players attended the training camp ahead of the New Zealand T20I series.

The players had taken part in the five-day training camp under the headship of High-Performance Coach (HPC) of the Pakistan cricket team, Yasir Arafat.

Taking to X (formerly), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) wrote: “Players part of the New Zealand T20Is training camp in action in the scenario match at Gaddafi Stadium.”

Few days back, the PCB appointed former all-rounder Yasir Arafat as the HPC for the national cricket team.

Arafat was set to commence his inaugural assignment with the team in the upcoming series of five T20 matches against New Zealand.

It was decided that Arafat would also take on the crucial role of camp commander during the preparatory camp organised for the New Zealand tour.
