Biased SC verdict shows Kashmiris can’t trust Indian govt, judges

3 min read

The Indian Supreme Court has attacked the internal sovereignty and integrity of held Kashmir. The Indian Army has illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and the Modi government wants to destroy the identity of Kashmiris at all costs.

If anyone was under the illusion that the Kashmir issue could be resolved legally, then the biased decision of the Supreme Court of India on December 11 shows that Kashmiris should not remain under the misconception that they can trust the Indian government and Supreme Court.

According to the United Nations resolution, the decision of the accession of Jammu and Kashmir to India or Pakistan was supposed to be made through the democratic method of free and impartial referendum.

This decision of the Indian Supreme Court is a clear violation of international laws.

By the way, internally, no minority of India is safe from the oppression of the Modi government, but the heinous conspiracy to take away their identity from the Kashmiris, the biased attitude, thinking and controversial decision of Modi’s puppet Supreme Court and judges shows that Kashmiris will very soon gain independence from India.

The separate status and identity of India-held Kashmir has not been and will never be eliminated by the Supreme Court’s bogus judgments on Article 370. It reflects the narrow-mindedness and tyrannical mentality of the Indian Supreme Court.

India can never succeed in its nefarious plan to usurp Jammu and Kashmir. Today, the Kashmiri nation, irrespective of any party or school of thought, is united to thwart this heinous conspiracy.

Kashmiris residing in India and many politicians have raised their voice against this bigoted decision.
