In a big development, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has appointed Fawad Hasan Fawad to lead the Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) Ministry, a crucial portfolio overseeing various matters, including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
