Yasmin Rashid sent to prison on judicial remand

LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court in Lahore on Thursday rejected the demand for extending the physical remand of PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid and instead sent her to prison on 14-day judicial remand,

ATC judge Abhar Gul Khan conducted the hearing of the case against Yasmin Rashid, who was accused of attacking Jinnah House, anti-State speech and blocking Sherpao Bridge.

She was produced in the court after completion of her three-day physical remand.

Talking to newsmen in the court, Yasmin Rashid declared “I will remain with the PTI.”
