MARDAN: A firing incident due to conflict between brothers claimed lives of two persons in Mardan.
According to police, the impasse was reached over the issue of parking shawal at government property. Both brothers indulged in a brawl which rapidly exacerbated into an armed conflict near MCC hospital.
Three persons including a passerby were caught up in the exchange of fire and two of them succumbed to their injuries, whereas the other one got injured. The police arrested both brothers and recovered weapons from them.
The police also shifted the dead-bodies to hospital for autopsy to continue further legal procedure.
