BOAO, March 29 (Xinhua) — Boao, a beautiful coastal town in south China’s island province of Hainan, boasts the permanent venue of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA), a non-governmental and non-profit international organization founded to promote regional economic development and cooperation.
