ISLAMABAD , March 21, 2023: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday announced to give one hundred thousand laptops to students during the ongoing year (2023).
The premier addressed the launching ceremony of Tele school Pakistan application where he said that it was a good day regarding education. He stressed the use of modern technology for promotion of education and also announced laptop scheme for brilliant students.
PM congratulated the education minister and relevant officers for launching the application. He expressed his regret over low quality training of teachers and asked minister for education to work together with provinces and formulate a compatible program.
He said appropriate and quality training for teachers was necessary for the promotion of education. A coordinated strategy should be made in collaboration with the provinces for quality training of teachers, he added.
He added coordination between provinces and private sector was vital for promotion of vocational training sector.
He highlighted the importance of modernising the education training centers of federal capital and told that Danish school system was being expanded across the whole country including Balochistan.
He said that Danish school systems were providing quality education to the deserving students.
