Pervaiz Elahi responsible for safety of life and property of people of Punjab: Shujaat

ISLAMABAD, Oct 28(ABC): Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Thursday said that it is the responsibility of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi to take care of the life and property of the people of Punjab, Dunya News reported.

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain in his statement said that Chaudhry Parvez Elahi is first a Pakistani and then the Chief Minister of Punjab. He said that as the Punjab Chief Minister, it is responsibility of Pervaiz Elahi to maintain the law and order situation in the province.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) long march should be peaceful without creating any unrest and anarchy in the country and added that Pervaiz Elahi is responsible for safety of life and property of people of Punjab
