Punjab govt refuses to transfer CCPO Dogar to federal

LAHORE, Oct 7(ABC): The Punjab government on Friday refused again to transfer CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar to the federal government.

In the reply submitted by the Punjab government to the federal, it was stated that the provincial government could not release CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar. Punjab home minister Hashim Dogar said that the CM Elahi-led provincial government has cleared its stance over the CCPO Lahore’s matter, adding that in this regard the federal was already informed.

It merits mention here that the federal government asked the CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mehmood Dogar to report to the federal on September 22.
