KHANEWAL, August 4(ABC): Pakistan Express going to Karachi from Rawalpindi escaped a major accident near Khanewal on Wednesday, reported.
According to details, several bogies of the Pakistan Express were separated due to broken coupler soon after the train left the Khanewal Station. At least five persons received minor injuries due to accident.
The relief teams reached the spot and provided medical assistance to the injured passengers. Pakistan Railways sources said that the passenger train left for Karachi after the repair of the coupler.
