A court in the federal capital has reissued non-bailable arrest warrants for Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi in a case related to alleged misleading accusations against state institutions.
The hearing was conducted at the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad, where Senior Civil Judge Abbas Shah presided over proceedings.
During the hearing, the court reissued non-bailable arrest warrants for Sohail Afridi due to his absence and directed authorities to arrest and present him before the court.
The case has been registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
The court adjourned further hearing of the case until March 26.
