The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted a series of operations across multiple cities, arresting two suspects and seizing a total of 390 kilograms of drugs, officials said.
According to an ANF spokesperson, in Mansehra, authorities recovered 400 grams of cannabis from a suspect, who admitted to selling drugs to students. In Karachi, 124 grams of heroin were seized from a courier office in a parcel bound for the United Kingdom.
In Lahore, police recovered 2 kilograms of ice from a suspect on Khayaban-e-Firdousi Road. The spokesperson added that in Hayatabad, Peshawar, authorities intercepted a courier parcel containing 1 kilogram of ice destined for Sahiwal.
The largest seizure took place in Ali Zai, District Pishin, where authorities recovered 387 kilograms of heroin.
The ANF emphasized that these nationwide operations demonstrate its continued commitment to curbing drug trafficking and ensuring the safety of communities.
