The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has issued No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) to several national cricketers, allowing them to participate in upcoming international franchise leagues, including the Abu Dhabi T10 League and the ILT20 in Dubai, sources confirmed on Wednesday.

According to details, NOCs for the Abu Dhabi T10 League have been approved until November 25, while permissions for the Dubai-based ILT20 have been granted to selected players from December 2 to January 4.

For the ILT20 in Dubai, the PCB has cleared Fakhar Zaman, Hassan Nawaz, and Naseem Shah.

Meanwhile, a larger group has been cleared for the Abu Dhabi T10 League, including Iftikhar Ahmed, Khawaja Nafeh, Asif Ali, Salman Irshad, Mohammad Amir, Arafat Minhas, Irfan Khan, Azam Khan, Shahnawaz Dahani, Abbas Afridi, Aqib Javed, Mir Hamza, Obaid Shah, and Zaman Khan.

The development comes as part of PCB’s policy of balancing player workload with global league commitments.

It is worth mentioning that Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf, and Hasan Ali have already received NOCs for the Big Bash League (BBL) earlier.
