Pakistan calls for regional cooperation, development, and stability at SCO Summit

Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar delivered Pakistan’s statement at the SCO Council of Heads of Government (CHG) in Moscow, sharing Pakistan’s vision for regional economic cooperation, development, and stability.

He highlighted the role of connectivity, infrastructure, transport, and logistics, and welcomed SCO initiatives in energy, digital economy, science & technology, education, and vocational training.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to building tangible economic bridges, the DPM/FM emphasized addressing socio-economic challenges, including poverty and climate resilience, and stressed that sustainable development relies on peace and stability.
