Iran has urged Pakistani nationals in the country to immediately register with the embassy to facilitate their possible return to Pakistan.
According to a statement issued by the embassy, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Iran Mudassir Tipu said that due to the ongoing situation, it has become increasingly difficult to arrange buses and transport facilities.
He said several logistical challenges are being faced, therefore Pakistani citizens who wish to return home should register with the embassy as soon as possible so that arrangements for their departure can be made without further delay.
The ambassador also made a special appeal to Pakistani nationals currently residing in Qom to cooperate fully with the embassy to ensure their prompt repatriation.
The embassy said the registration will help authorities coordinate travel arrangements and provide necessary assistance to citizens seeking to leave Iran.
